The author used the questionnaire to collect data about the international business students’ evaluation of current library services and strategy was divided into three steps. As far as literature review is concerned .The author has done many literature reviews on the barriers that international students would usually experience and the library instruction had greater impact on international business students. Particularly, as electronic resources become increasingly popular, especially the rapid development of virtual reference, the author said much about this aspect .In contrast, it is one side of a coin .Because the electronic library services do not only include virtual reference . It is clear that the literature has little relationship with the problem .Furthermore, there is another problem which is the author did not cite any literature that opposite his position. In terms of methodology, it is the overall research design .This article used survey to do research. And the author developed a questionnaire to analyze international business students’ evaluation of current library services at UIUC.The sample is 143 international business students. Furthermore, the questionnaire was divided into three parts and five-page Survey forms. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the results. In my point of view, the article has adopted correct methodology to collect valid data. In the findings, it mentioned likert scale, it is a proper way to convert a continuum into discrete values or a scroe.It can well present the response of respondents .According to the analysis, the author found that only 37 percent of Chinese students could access electronic resources from remote locations in China, in addition, according to the survey, 43 percent of respondents had no prior experience with electronic resources in their mother lands. Actually, many college students in China are very familiar with electronic resources and use it a lot. That is to say, the find did not reflect the fact. In spite of that ,it has answered the questions that what kind of library services they valued the most ,what benefits that they get from the library services. All these figures and analysis are relevant to the research questions.
