... I don’t see why you should need one.” Kathy began to pack her bags ready for tomorrow’s gruelling shoot. She threw them into the boot of her luxurious car and drove off. As the movie was being filmed in the secluded town of Richmond, there were no motels or shops to be seen. She had been driving for at least two hours before she came across the nearest town. The motor inn that had been recommended was now in sight. When Kathy finally arrived, she was about to climb out of the car when the passenger door flew open. A tall thin hairy man stood hunched over the leather seat, his brown overcoat draping down to the dusty earth. “So this is what you look like,” whispered the man. Kathy kicked out, and the hairy beast grabbed her by the arm with a painful grip. “Let go, you freak!” screamed Kathy. She struggled, pushed and kicked with all her strength, but the carjacker was much too strong. She felt a soft cloth fall over her nose, and a foul smell filled her nostrils. Everything became hazy then dark. Kathy awoke to find her hands bound with duct tape, the sticky glue clinging to her skin, pulling at every hair it touched. She saw out of the frosted window of the car that they were back at the movie set. “Help me!” she yelled, but a calm voice spoke from behind her. “I wouldn’t waste your breath, Kathy. Bye the way,” said the senseless voice, “my name’s Scar.” “Why are you doing this?” she pleaded. Scar responded bitterly, “I can guarantee you will deny it, but we both know why. That cold winter morning, whilst you were sipping your hot cup of cocoa, you saw something you shouldn’t have.
