...bt that the place have a major role in this case.it is especially ture in big city . the person meet with so much trouble such as paying for the living cost, trying to survive in it where day by day live cause so much pressure.they have not enough time to concentrat on learn new knowledge when they are free. The same situation will be found in the village.though it is because our government can not provide an effect publie educaiton service there. The thing which is equally important as above mentioned is age.there is no one but longs to get more knowledge.
