One of the severe long-term effects of childhood obesity is that it often extends into adulthood, and obese adults tend to have obese children, due to the bad habits they picked up when they were younger. Momma is the perfect example of a middle age woman struggling with obesity. She demonstrates how she became the way she is now as well as some of the effects obesity has on her and her family.
