Quote “The dance is tomorrow which everyone in the valley attends.“ In the text I read, it really only deals with a small sector of New Zealand. A small community that all lives in a valley in the Southland. It doesn’t talk much about anywhere but the valley, only a small bit about the city. The girl in the story is close with nature and loves it when it snows. She hangs out with the adults as the school kids board in town.
