We believe that getting loans from the World Bank is the best course of action because it would allow us to be able to feed our people long enough for our grain harvest to come in which would allow us to pay the debt off. We the people of Niger believe that the U.N’s resolution is the best solution for keeping the population to a manageable size. This resolution will give the interest free loans that my country needs before the grain harvest comes in, enabling us to pay off the debt. Niger’s position on overpopulation is different from other countries such as China and N. Korea. They believe that government involvement and taxes for more than one child is the best action in controlling there overpopulation problem.
