anne of green gables : summary and charaktersiation

... a helper, after consideration she renounces to send Anne to another family and decides to take her back to Green Gables. And from now on commences the raising on Anne in Avonlea. The whole village Avonlea, where Anne lives is very interested in teh new redhair girl. As the first, to see the girl Rachel Linde a friend of Marilla comes to Green Gables. But after seeing Anne, Rachel tells what she is thinking about the „little creature“. When Anne hears the monstrous verity she starts to shout at Rachel in a cruel way as Rachel did , while takling bad about Anne. Marilla suprised by Annes behaviour immidiately wants Anne to apoligize to Rachel. After a very long thought Anne does it. During Anne’s hitherto inhabitancy at Green Gables teh girl hasn`t get to know any friend so Marilla decides to take Anne to Mrs. Barry, whos dauther is Diana. The gilrs at once swear each other taht they will be frinds for ever. Thereaftre they are friends and they never quarrel. Already for a long time Anne is pupil of Sunday School. Once a year Mr. Bell , the lector of Sunday School organizes a luxuriouse picknick for all pupils. Marilla of course allowes Anne to go there, whereof Anne is very happy. But something very terrible happens. Marilla loses her priceless brooch, thst her mother once gave her and she accuses Anne of taking it and for discipline Marilla doesn’t allowe Anne to go to the picknick. But Mathew finds at the day of the picknick the brooch linked to Marillas shawl. In the last minute Marilla heartily apoligizes to Anne and the girl goes to the picknick. School begines. In her class Anne eyes one boy, who sits on a bank next to a girl. The boys name was Gibert. During the whole lesson he ballyragy Anne, till he says a word that Anne is most afraid of : carrote.
