Although Vodafone showed almost no difference in costs but on the other hand Optus postpaid turned out to is a much cheaper in call costs then Optus prepaid. Overall Vodafone prepaid was head to head with Optus prepaid as they both were just as expensive. But Optus postpaid was dramatically less expensive then Vodafone. Vodafone had the highest billing increment then any other mobile phone, even though their flagfall was 20 cents a call, the billing increment brought the prices up. Optus prepaid might had a flagfall of 25 cents but the billing increment of 37 cents per 30 seconds brought the mobile phone prices down. Telstra’s plan flagfall was 25 cents but Telstra prepaid was 5 cents cheaper. For Telstra prepaid the billing increment was also cheaper there for the prices for making calls on Telstra prepaid dropped dramatically. There for Telstra turned out the cheapest in both prepaid and post paid. Telstra postpaid turned out a little cheaper then the prepaid due to billing increment and flagfall differences.
