...nd therefore could not have been chance and that there must be a designer, God. There is a lot of evidence that explosions cause chaos so how is it that the complicated universe be formed by the big bang. He carried on to say that how is it that the human eye is so complicated yet perfectly suited to its job or how a fish’s gills are so well suited to breathing underwater wasn’t it just logical to assume that there was a designer. A more personal way of proof of the existence of god is that of Special Events and Experience. Many people have had the experience of having something amazing happening and having no natural explanation so people turn to god, as he is the only logical explanation for the occurrence. However there are also a lot of founded theories disproving the existence of god. The big bang is one of those theories. Scientists believe that about 10,000 million years ago there was a huge explosion. From this explosion matter was thrown in all directions, eventually the matter slowed down and began to form the stars and rest of the universe. The Big Bang is the moment when time began. Furthermore, it is not only life that evolved from the explosion, but also conscious life. Humans don’t simply exist, but they think and aware of themselves and their environment. They can use mental activity to make conscious decisions One of the most well known theories for the non-existence of god is that of Charles Darwin and his theory of Evolution. Darwin was a 19th Century scientist who first developed the idea of evolution, which seemed to destroy The Argument from Design. He claimed that life evolved from simple structures, through a natural process of selection (survival of the fittest.), to reach the complex universe we know today. Species survived by adapting to the changing environment and so developed. Species that failed to adapt became extinct. Human beings adapted very successfully to the changing environment. There development into using tools, organizing themselves into communities and increasing mental capacity were all signs of our agility to adapt. Karl Marx the founder of communism, said that ‘Religion is the sigh of the op...
