... my career and how to strive towards my goal. During this time, I have also learned how to become efficient, productive and professional in doing my work. I have gained lots of experience, learned how to be a better employee and, more importantly, how to be a better person. I’m also a fortunate person. I have met some good mentors during these years. The first one was my former supervisor, who got his bachelor degree from Harvard University and his MBA from MIT. He gave me the opportunity to work for him and helped me to plan for my career. He told me one’s ability and attitude are more important than his or her formal education. I took that to my heart. Since then I have always kept a positive attitude and given my best efforts in whatever I do. The second person who has influenced me a great deal in my career is my current boss. She frequently encourages me to expand my skills and to keep improving myself. She has given me many opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge. I am grateful to both of them.
