As such, in addition to your planned presentation, you must prepare back-up slides to address reasonably foreseeable questions and objections. Your presentation deck includes your presentation plus appropriate back-ups. TEAMWORK: Although every person on your team does not need to present a given case, remember that presentation skills are a critical part of each person’s individual grade. Therefore, each team member should plan to present at some point during the semester. Team members not presenting should be prepared to answer questions. PRESENTATION EXPECTATIONS • Attire for all case presentations is business casual. • Presentations should be done using a slide show. (have backups) • Slides must be readable from a distance of six feet. • Give one copy of the deck to professor before starting. • Regardless of how many teams are presenting on a given day, presentations (including clarification questions) are limited to 15 minutes (maximum). HELPFUL HINTS—Keep presentation slides to a minimum, but have a liberal inventory of backup slides. Anticipating questions and objections makes a good impression.
