However, if DataClear find a competent strategic partner with solid, it will be huge help to develop the business into another stage. On another hand, the company can also share the risk of operation failure with your partner. Furthermore, DataClear can learn a lot from its partners to improve its operating strategy, increasing the company’s influence. DataClear’s fear of potential competitor became its big scale and reputation. However, when the company is getting bigger and stronger, it will be able to get its certain share of domestic market back again. The reason is very simple, it will become an international brand, its reputation and influence will increase dramatically and ClearCloud will become a much more mature product after adjusting itself became of the request of different market. Moreover, an international oriented business will be more reliable for customs. Exploring the global market is also one strategy for grabbing the domestic market, increasing the company dynamic. In this point, human recourse for DataClear must be referred. Expanding the company means recruiting new staff, it’s like transfer new blood to human. The company will have new ideas; competition will encourage the old staff to be more motivated at job. Finally, going globally will bring big profits to the different aspects of company development. Moreover, in the means of long term, it is an inevitable way for a software company. However, it is not an absolute of success. DISADVANTAGES As I analyzed above, the advantage of going globally is very attempt for DataClear. However, every business decision will take certain risks, there are some main aspects the company must take serious consideration. Financial aspect: This is the most important thing should be considerate in a business. According to the rough estimation for the cost of establishing an office in UK is already a very large amount of money. Thus, if DataClear really attend to expand the business globally, the potential cost will be even much higher. It doesn’t seem the company will have enough capital to support it.
