Strengths and Weaknesses
...pic has allowed me to assist many others on both a personal and professional level. To teach my children about the stars or multiplying fractions has allowed our relationship to grow in a variety of ways. I have had the opportunity to educate new military personnel from different countries on my current profession. The interaction that this allowed was very rewarding to myself. To be able to teach someone, you must first know how to listen, not just hear. Listening was not a natural trait that I possessed. Growing up as the youngest of 5 children, I constantly had the problem of my older siblings only hearing..... Everyone has special qualities about themselves that give them their individuality. These qualities can be dissected into specific traits called strengths and weaknesses. To grow as a person, we must identify our own strengths to help us overcome our weaknesses. I will discuss my personal strengths and weaknesses and explain how I plan to overcome my weaknesses in my personal and professional life.
