Should criminals be sent to jail or do some other works?
...s supposed that people should settle problems in legal way. But the criminals totally defy the law and order which are established to ensure every1 live a secure and comfortable life. Consequently, it is reasonable for them to receive a imprisonment for one purpose---punishment. There exists a law---a universally sensible and self-explanatory law---in the world, which is casue and effect. Since the criminal are daring enough to commit a crime to the victim, they have to experience the consequence---they will have to be committed to jail. If a person commit a voluntary manslaugher and he or she is underpenalised such as cleaning the building or mowing the lawn, the crime will be partly justified and it can implies that the sufferer deserves the mistreat. Undoubtedly, this is unacceptable. Another factor in favor of getting c into jail is that it could deter other social member from the crimes.
