...different areas of an organization; marketing, finance, sales…etc. Within these courses, I have always been fascinated by the subjects related to the human side of organizations; organizational behavior, sociology of organizations, management and organization, human resources management, career management.. For the last few decades, Human Resources Management has been a new developing perspective in Turkey. Personnel management has started to give life to this new concept. Organizations have started to understand that the responsibilities of personnel management department concern not only to establish pay plans or to recruit qualified persons but also to train, to develop and to maintain this qualified persons. Because this is a new area, it’s rare to find in .... a graduated program about human resources management. I’m impressed with the content of your courses and with your emphasis to the strategic side of human resources management and to research methods. I think that the Master program in Human Resources would be a chance to improve myself and to specialize in a subdivision of Business Administration. I believe that my educational background in Business Administration has prepared me for such a master’s program. Research projects, discussions and dissertations have developed my curiosity, and ready to learn personality.
