Abercrombie and FItch

...dominate Caucasian, football-looking, blonde-hair, blue-eyed males; skinny, tall for the males. The look for the women was a tale skinny, blonde-hair, and blue-eyed. And if the worker didn’t fit this look they were fired or never hired. The people that worked in the stock room, where nobody sees them, were mostly Asian-American, Filipino, Mexican, Latino. And the over night team was mostly Mexican or Latino. Im my personal experience shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch has been very pleasant one. And I have been shopping at the store for more than 7 years. After coming to light from a famous song, “Summer Girls by LFO.” Every time I have entered the store they were very kind with me. I was never placed in a situation were I felt discriminated or unwanted like the lawsuit claims they do. When growing up I only heard that Abercrombie and Fitch was only meant for the white Americans. Also, that Abercrombie and Fitch only hires white people because that is the look they want their clothes to portray, the casual classic American lifestyle. But when I started they treated me like any one else there. They didn’t put me somewhere that seemed racist. I worked along White, Blacks, and Asians. I never got a hint that I wasn’t wanted or put in a uncomfortable situation. Every coworker was nice and was pretty cool with me. I even got to know some people out of work. After a few months I transferred to Abercrombie and Fitch because I was getting tired of doing the same thing. When I transferred they opened me with open arms. At Abercrombie and Fitch they let me do whatever I want. I never got a hint of racism at the store or with the workers they had. They treated me with the same respect as any one else. At Abercrombie and Fitch they even have a zero tolerance at the store. Which is if you feel discriminated or sexually harassed while your were working. Y...
