Since we feel very comfortable working with each other, even if sometimes we have to work until 9.00 pm, we never consider working over-time as a must. We all together devote our knowledge and understanding to the success of the entire office. Social capital can be clearly seen here: good relationships among staff and also between staff and customers. The size of organization force us limit the number of staff. The abilities of working in diversity and dynamic atmosphere are considered the important intangible assets of our organization. Although we come from different backgrounds such as international relations, foreign languages, foreign trade, etc. we can actively switch to another task beyond the assigned duties. You may see us sometimes as telephone operators in our office, and then surprisingly meet us talking with the Minister of Education and Training or Prime Minister in an international conference. For us there is nothing that cannot become true. Usually, each officer gets an annual training overseas. After finishing this course, this officer has responsibility of transmitting to the other staff the knowledge gained from the training course. When one problem has arisen, we often hold a meeting after work. After finding the solutions, we recorded them in our specific files for further reference. This helps us make a quick decision when meeting the same problem. Sponsorship plays an important part in our financial planning.
