The war is an example of this state. Furthermore, in every society all the extraordinary individuals must have a possibility to fulfill their ambitions. If the society they live in does not give them an opportunity to develop their interests in a right way, the frustration appears, which may lead them to complete apathy and life beyond the society. High unemployment among young people with university degrees, which is a serious problem of contemporary Poland, entails a great danger for the stability of the society. Those well-educated youths, who could contribute to the development of the country, have to work instead as shop-attendants or in building constructions.
