On 10th August 610 CE the 21st of Ramadan, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his first revelation on Mount Hira in Mecca through angel Gabriel. This event called the Night Of Power in which Prophet Muhammad receives the chapters of Quran. After his revelation his mission began. He went back at home and asked his wife Khadeeja about his revelation. After his revelation he starts to spread the Islam. The first people who accept the invitation of Islam were Khadeeja, Abu Bakr, Hazarat Ali, Ali Bin Abu Talib, and Zaid bin Harith. Many people become Muslim and discarding their polytheistic Gods. The Qurayash Tribe starts to kill many Muslim because they want to save their religion. It was difficult for Muslim to live in Makkah, and then Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered the Muslims to Migrate to Madina. The people of Madina welcomed them and gave them house, farms to work on, and equal share in everything. Muhammad (PBUH) built the first mosque in Madina and raised a great society. Muslims fought many bettles because non-mulims don’t want that Islam to be spread in Makkah. This brought upon the battles of Uhud, Khaybar, Tabuk, Badr, Hunain, and Trench. After Muslims won these battles Islam spread all over the Makkah, and Muslims have their own hold on Makkah. Prophet Muhammad died in 632 CE because of illness. Muhammad revelations were of such inspired force that a hundred years after his death Islam had spread across the continents. Hazarat Muhammad (PBUH) is the spectacular religious figure and he splits the moon in to two parts because Quraysh don’t believe on him that he is the prophet of Allah. When he splits the moon, there was a king in India who witnesses this situation. He sends his son to Makkah to meet him. When the moon splits (31), Waleed stated about the prophet to the people of Quraysh, “By god, his words are sweet, fresh and attractive, His root is firm and his branches are fruitful. Hence, whatever you claim about him will not be believed. However, it is more in convincing, in my opinion, if you were to present him as a sorcerer. You should say that he has brought a message by which he creates a rift between father and son, brother and brother, husband and wife. Under his influence family ties have been rent asunder, and every day families break up because of him. (45) Muhammad is not only familiar in Muslim society but he also popular in non-mulsim societies.
