It is sometimes the mother’s decision of weather a father should pay child support or not and the father never knows anything until his notice is served. There does not need to be any more controversy between parent or outside family members than there already has been in the past. More importantly, many women tend to ruin the relationship between the child and the father and before it ever starts. It is also true that a mother should not struggle to provide for her child; however, a father can only do so much to help provide for that child. It is not his responsibility to be the sole provider of the child. A mother should help out as well unless the father says he can manage the child’s care on his own. Some mothers have a tendency to play what one would call the weakest link. For instance if the father decides to have no contact or any other means of communication with her then she chooses to play with his heart and involve the child to receive child support from the father as revenge. A child should never be used as bait or used to get revenge in any situation. She even go as far as going to court to see just how much his job pays and if it pays well enough she will try to receive the maximum amount paid for the child and even quite her job in most matters like this one. The most important reason for stopping child support reform is that a father’s is in fact a big part of a child’s life and his feelings are involved in this matter also. Not all fathers deserve to be mistreated and abuse because of things from the past.
