In other word, privatizing the healthcare system can also improve the quality of government’s different department. Healthcare system is essential for every government and every government should be privatized the healthcare system. Moreover in the last few years, one of the important issues that the government is dealing with is job opportunities. There are not enough job opportunities for all the University or college graduated students. Most of the graduated students will move back to country of born to start their career life. If the healthcare system is privatized in Canada, then more job opportunities will be available for the graduated students. In addition, healthcare system can keep the graduated students to help improve our healthcare system. For example: After the healthcare system be privatize, the company that control the hospital will hire enough doctors and nurses in order to solve the problems that doctors work overtime.
