Personal Strengths and Weaknesses
...listen to the response of the audience and are able to respond in kind. Of course this level of expression and effective communication does not occur without a great deal of thought and reflection. I am able look at “the stuff of life” from all sides and consider that in my communication. I am able to think through issues that arise and come up with the various consequences that happen with certain decisions. Having a compassionate soul allows me to sympathize with others when bad news has to be delivered. It enables me to deliver, in my professional life, a level of service that allows my clients to feel as though someone understands even when the end result is not favorable to them. In other areas of my life, it enables me to feel for those that have less or are going through hard times. With strengths also come weaknesses. In my life one of my greatest weaknesses is time management. Though I seem to consistently get things done on time, I am usually running to do so. Sometimes this also mean doing “just enough” rather than my absolute best. Another are of weakness (though is also a strength in ways) is that I can be very self-sacrificing. The weakness is that it is often to a point where I do not do for myself or take time for myself. It is a trait that also has a tendency to be taken advantage of rather than appreciated. As mentioned early I am a skilled communicator, however I have tendency to speak too fast and sometimes use language that is foreign to many in today’s society.
