However, what I DO know is that I am sincereley apologetic for anything on my part that may have been of offense to anyone, and regardless of which direction this may take us - I honestly hope that people accept my apologies for any involvement in this situation. I hope people understand that I am not a bad person, Nor did I act out of agression towards anyone that night. Somehow, being in the wrong place at the wrong time landed me in the middle of 10 - 15 men who made me beleive that their intentions were to cause me physical harm for no apparent reason. All that I was hoping was that the security staff would notice me surrounded in the back of the club, diffuse the situation, and allow me to leave the club with no further confrontations. Being in a strange city, not knowing anyone, attending an event with only the two females that accompanied me and no one else that I knew of to hopefully break up the situation - I definateley was not there to start any trouble and needless to say, I felt very threatened. It was when one or two of those men decided to put their hands on me that I acted out of panic and self defense, not agression, and discharched a few small bursts of OC pepper spray.
