He asked me where I wanted to put my television, and after specifically telling him that I would like my television to remain where it was, he moved it to the other side of the room. This was upsetting to me, because that side of the room has a glare from the window, and my television is a 52’’ box. It weights about 150lbs. After installing the cable, the technician gave me a “crash course” on how to control the remote. I was pleased by this act of customer support, but then when I picked up my remote later, I noticed a large amount of grease and crumbs (possibly from food) on the remote. This was unacceptable. After the technician left, I noticed that he left the cable cord lying in the floor, I thought this was tacky. So I attempted to lift it, only to find that it was stapled to floor.
