One can find in most early episodes, prior to Mimi’s involvement with Steve, Mimi’s constant sexual innuendos towards her boss, Wick. Another example is Drew and Mimi regular crude battles and pranks against one another. Not a realistic work environment; much too casual. I also want to mention there are signs of downward communication. Wick orders Carey to complete some tasks, which are Wick’s responsibly to complete. On other episodes, there are signs that Carey wishes to participate in upward communication but displays fear and intimidation towards his employer in risk of losing his job. I don’t think this form of organization produces a successful business, although the show portrays their department in good shape.
