After this information is gathered and the type of product which is going to be purchased is decided, more information should be gathered on brand and different suppliers and offers provided from which we can purchase the system. Information is gathered by individuals or personal sources. In case of big companies a tender is more appropriate to be issued. When we have sufficient information about different brands and suppliers, a company may choose to evaluate alternatives before actually buying the product.
