You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business, which would you choose to buy?
...is because a have a good profession: good enough not to be changed with any sort of business. My occupation ys to investigate crimes and I am completely satisfied with it. Secondly, I myself have no idea what kind of business to start and how to make business at all. I must confess I am not good at making business. One can expect profits only if he/she knows how to run a firm successfully. In other words, it is not sufficient to possess a large amount of money for setting up a business. More important is to have qualities of a good businessman/ businesswoman and enterpreneur. But deciding to buy a house a person would face some disadvantages - he/she could hardly earn his/her money back. What is more, he/she would spend more money doing repairs.
