There are people who are in a powerful responsible position, that let the fact of being in charge go to their head. It is this type a person in a responsible role who takes this power to extremes, by making unfair and unjustified decisions. With this type of person, they become alienated, not trusted, and just not respected. When a person has this responsibility to make decisions, he or she deserve the respect that comes with the position. But it’s hard to give the respect they deserve if their responsibilities to far. If a person brings with them good moral values and good ethics, and they make good and fair decisions. Can bring the character with them to build a essence of responsibility, this is done with all the life experiences, good morals, and strong ethics. Responsibility is very important in this world, it helps leaders to be fair, and trust worthy, and respected. It show’s that if you bring in a strong character the essence of responsibility you bring is fair and warranted. You could still make the decisions that are needed and even the most unpopular decisions will gain you respect with your peers. The importance of having responsibility is vital to human nature, it helps us grow as individuals and help’s build character in each and everyone of us. With out responsibility life would be in turmoil, no one would be responsible for their own actions, which we need in this world. If you could bring good morals and life experiences and ethics you will have an essence of responsibility. So when you are in a responsible role in any form, your fellow workers or friends will respect you no matter what type of decision you had to make. It is hard to be in a important responsible position, because you worry if you are making the right decision. You must be sure of yourself in order to be able to make the decision that are needed to be made. So you must have strong values and ethics, good morals and life experiences. If we can do this fairly and not become so power hungry with this responsibility we will get the respect needed in this type of position.
