...s like spreading rumours, name calling, teasing, ignoring and excluding. These things can make a girl feel depressed, alone, afraid and results in low self esteem. So why do girls do this to one another? The reason maybe that a certain person is feeling depressed about something going on in their life so they take it out on another to make themselves feel better. Or it could be that the bully just likes the feeling of power she had over another girl’s life. The bully could be the most popular girl in the school, in some cases it is. In the teen flick Mean Girls they add a comedic spin on the teen world of bullying. The movie shows us that every girl in that school feels as if they have been personally targeted by Regina George who is the queen bee, the most popular girl in school. In other cases the bullying gets so serious that they can’t take it any longer, so they put an end to it, they kill themselves.
