No security services such as bag inspections and x-ray as law doesn’t require it until passenger numbers exceed 100 making airport a terrorist security risk. A lot of new businesses moving to the area (land has been set aside for a large complex) Possibly light industrial as a result of increased freight coming into the airport. The extra traffic from both passenger and freight movements are to be fed on to Henry Lawson Drive and Milperra road without any upgrade or widening of the roads. Will be a nightmare in peak hour. It is a privately owned airport but the State Government will be left to deal with the traffic and will have to pay for road works to cope with the extra traffic costing billions of dollars.
