...would probably understand this book, but not respect it. However, my views are quite liberal and I can appreciate the raw truth Mr. Zinn has exposed. I find that it is an everlasting cycle of keeping the middle class steady while the rich get richer. My guess is that this book is not a best seller. People just don't want to hear the truth, they would rather stay ignorant. The people like you and me that read this work and respect it are probably superogatories. Of course, we have our opinion but it would not be likely that we could take a stand and cause impact. In conclusion, I find that the author, Howard Zinn is a brave man for publishing this book.
