Consequently, the achievement of the aim, knowledge application to practical work, has been prioritized among the aims listed in the first paragraph. Two stages, among others, stand out as quintessential. Stage one requires the transformation of the acquired content knowledge, that is, to externalize the learned theories and known-facts from the academic study. Internalization of knowledge, or acquiring the ready facts, is the first step of this stage, which involves memorization and repeated practices to this end. Step two asks for virtually producing the acquired knowledge in the forms of writing, speaking or actually doing it. That is when students are transforming the acquired content knowledge, which is dead, to convertible living forms of their own. Take doing presentation for instance, students are collecting and filtering information, and then only after thorough comprehension could they reproduce, or transform the ready knowledge into their own presentation, combined with personal contribution as well. Stage two is much more demanding than stage one. It requires establishing and developing a mammoth host of qualities or competences with which the transformable knowledge acquired in stage one could be applied to practical work.
