Emotional abuse can range from a simple verbal assault to an extreme verbal lashing. Emotional abuse and emotional neglect streamline each other and can be found in children but regardless of that fact its is all child abuse. Neglect is a failure to adequately provide for a child’s basic needs. In my eyes I find this a definet from of neglect due to the circumstance that that particular child may die through lack of blood.
