Prices put on the worlds ecosystems
...ore harm then good, it is eventually going to come back to bite us right in the butt. If we were to make companies pay for the pollution they put in the air, then maybe they will think twice and try to find other ways of manufacturing what ever things they make. There must be better ways of doing things to help save our ecosystems. I believe that we are slowly killing our planet. If we don't figure out a way to stop this, we will not be here much longer. What is an ecosystem anyway? Ecosystems (short for ecological systems) are functional units that result from the interactions of a biotic, biotic, and cultural (anthropogenic) components. Like all systems they are a combination of interacting, interrelated parts that form a unitary whole. All ecosystems are "open" systems in the sense that energy and matter are transferred in and out. The Earth as a single ecosystem constantly converts solar energy into myriad organic products, and has increased in biological complexity over time. Although I have never been to say a tropical rain forest, I can see from pictures that these are absolutely beautiful places. So...
