Cultural Shock affects in Bulgaria

Second, important shocking affect is homeless animals. Almost in every city in some streets we have herd of dogs walking and barking around. We do not have any organization to take care of them like food, vaccination, or shelters. You can not imagine have scary is when you are outside and you can meet this hungry dogs. According to Sega Newspaper, 11 May, 2000, “The City Council Claims To Have Killed 2240 Mutts Since Early May” says “For first half 2000, 1700 dog bites have been registered in Sofia; four surgeries are annually performed on children due to tapeworm in the Medical Academy; 8000 dogs were officially determined in 1999, with the claim being they were euthanized by medication.” We also have homeless cats. They are not too scary like dogs. They breed each other a lot and that is why we have too many homeless cats. They are looking for food in the garbage, coming near to our homes and bring different diseases. I can not understand why people bring animals at home and after kicked them outside. I know is difficult to take care of them because people can not afford their expenses. And they decide to make these cats homeless.
