...s risk of developing lung cancer due to smoking tobacco is a staggering 70 in every 1,000, for non smokers who are constantly around smokers it is 2 in every 1,000. So innocent non smokers who choose not to smoke are now becoming the victims. After doing some research on the chemicals found in cigarettes, I was very surprised and wondered if smokers actually new what was in a single cigarette, would they still smoke it? One cigarette contains over 4000 different chemicals with more than 300 known poisons in cigarettes. This includes nicotine, carbon monoxide, tar, ammonia, formaldehyde, arsenic, dioxides and many more. On average, each cigarette takes 5 minutes off a person’s life.
