In a small bowl mix in the soya sauce with the ketchup while adding the tablespoon of brown sugar and a pinch of cracked black pepper ( the cracked black pepper is optional). Now you are ready to remove the chicken from the oven and add the ketchup and soya sauce mixture to the chicken. Remember to be careful when removing the foil from the top of the baking dish because the steam being released can cause a nasty burn. Spoon on on the mixture generously over top of the chicken making sure that it covers all of the meat. Placing the uncovered baking dish back into the oven , turn down heat to 350 and let the sauce slowly bake onto the chicken. Your macaroni by this time should be ready. Using a colander, drain the water off the macaroni and place into a big bowl that will allow you to toss and stir the macaroni freely. Take the onion that you had previously chopped and stir in with the macaroni along with the green and red peppers. Add the one cup of grated cheese ( cheese will start to melt because the macaroni should still be slightly warm ). In a small baking dish spoon out the macaroni and put it aside until you have completed the next step. Together in a small bowl beat in the one to two eggs with the half cup of milk and add a pinch of paprika for coloring. You are now ready to pour this over top of the macaroni that has been placed into the baking dish. If you are a cheese lover such as myself , you will want to maybe add some more grated cheese on the top of the macaroni before sprinkling the top of it with the bred crumbs. This casserole like dish, should be baked at 350 degrees for no more than roughly thirty to forty minutes until the egg is fully cooked and the top is a golden brown crust. When you have placed the casserole in the oven, it is now time to remove the BBQ chicken. Of course if you like your chicken with a more caramelized coating of BBQ sauce you can leave it in the oven until you achieve the desired color and texture.
