Let`s take university students as an example. Students are overwhelmed by the material they have to do. Simply, they have too much on their plates and are not capable to cope with/ handle with all the duties. At times they have no choice because the stake is too high: either to continue the studies or to be rejected. So, in order to manage they cheat.
