Why team work is important for us?
...nal team, cross-functional team, and the self-managed team are the three types of the teams. In the previews chapter, we learned more about the leader-member exchange theory. Leaders develop strong social ties with in- group members. Followers with a history of high performance ratings are those who get promoted to higher-level positions. In a team, there are leaders and followers, and how leases and followers can work effectively to achieve the goals seems very important. Effective followers are both an independent, critical thinker and a very active member in the group. In my personal opinion, more and more companies would use team into their operational structures to achieve outcomes. Team works is better than the individual works.
