Managers across different department in the organization would be able to audit their own behaviors, goals, practices and objectives to see what mistakes are being made with regards to the Common goal that we define. They would be able to realize the limitations of other departments. This would also make it easier for them to consider and implement new techniques and practices. Interdependence is the hallmark of teamwork. It would go a long way in improving the overall operational efficiency. It would result in better utilization of information, expertise and resources and would reduce misattribution. It would also diffuse interpersonal differences across departments and ranks. It would help us in achieving "Double loop learning" by making the atmosphere conducive to productive inputs from employees throughout the department and would involve a reciprocal interchange between leaders and teams. Realizing each other’s operational problems and limitations would help us in finding out better ways...
