...hat the citizens cannot think but the outsiders can, the citizens prefer to live safely and happily while the outsiders are willing to take the risk, the risk of living with no one protecting them. One day, at Balmoral Castle, a plan was made to end the way of life of the citizens and make the world a fair one. There was still hope. From Balmoral Castle three teenagers called Livia, Tavius and Marcus were sent to enter the city by a tunnel which led underground. There, lived a small group of outsiders led by a man called Milton. Livia and the others would then receive their next orders. At night they camped with an outsider family living in a small house without a roof. The three teenagers realized that their lives at Balmoral were the most an outsider could ever have. The next day in the afternoon they finally reached their destination. For tea they ate grilled dog and bread and cheese, they washed with a simple bucket of cold water and slept on small materrases. They lived like this for four days until they were to go to Centre Tower. When they departed, a fourth teenager went with them. Her name was Cassandra and she was Milton’s daughter.
