Terrorism is just one of those things that are hard to define and really has to be assessed on case by case basis. 3. If injustice and oppression are at the forefront of a non-states group they should be bound by international law. It does not give them any right different right because they are a non-states. All groups and persons should be bound by these laws. Now that does not mean you cannot break them, but if you do you better have a good reason. We have to have some kind of international standard because if we don’t the culture will be able to say what is right and wrong. This cultural relativist viewpoint is really not acceptable on a world level. It will really blur the line between right and wrong and nations would be torn apart by non-state groups. 5.
