eating habits of females in a group

... a meal, where the meal is a sandwich. My hypothesis was that in a group more males finish their meals than females. Method Participants All students who ate in the cafeteria between 12:00 and 14:00 hours on Monday Wednesday and Friday who sat in a group were involuntarily participants in the observational research. In total 210 males and 210 females were involved other than the observers. The groups were that of 2 females and 3 males, 3 females and 2 males, and 2 females and 2 males. Materials The materials used for the observation were paper and pen to record our findings Procedure Two observers after having decided on what group to watch while the group orders their meal (a sandwich) take their place in optimal places in order to see the whole area. We both observe the group as it eats. This was repeated 30 times on different groups. Results The results showed Males: 85% or 179 males finished the whole sandwich even when one finished before the others. 8% or 17 males ate more than one sandwich. The other 7% or 14 males didn’t finish their sandwich. Females: 76% or 160 females didn’t finish their sandwich. 14% or 29 females finished their sandwich.
