By listening to classical music, one can rest their worked up brain and calm oneself down. By listening to pop songs when one¡¯s depressed, one can improve the mood that one¡¯s in. To me, art is about wrestling with ideas, about engaging with creativity in a vigorous back-and-forth that leaves me changed in some way.
