Only 27% have completed elementary school, less than 19% have finished high school, and less than 2% have a university education. For the manager, geographic obstacles often lead to difficulties with product distribution, insufficient labor force for manufacturing, and serve as barriers to interacting with local governments. The extreme variances in geography also make it difficult to connect cities with roadways and railroads ?necessary infrastructure for transportation of labor and capital throughout the country.
