The top management executives and the human resources director / managers should have full understanding of this policy and be able to master the development and amendment of this manual, whenever it is required. Laws and regulations newly imposed by the Beijing Municipal (or the corresponding city) and the Central Government of the People¡¯s Republic of China should be followed whenever they are approved and effective. Such responsibility should lie on the Company at all times. Other personnel assigned by the authority (i.e. the top management of the Company) to have access to this manual should treat the information in strictest confidence. Again, if the authorized personnel are requested to utilize any information from this manual, they should have full understanding of the policy and consult the top management or the human resources director/ managers for clarification.
