If Mr. Aoki were to create some sort of school or apprenticeship where he could train managers to run the business in the way in which he has done, it could be easier to control expansion by delegating the power into separate regions, but again this can potentially cause problems because the desire to be creative and inventive drives all and could lead to differences that are not typically found in Benihana’s.
