... I read off. It never really clicked how much I have to worry about in my everyday life. In the end on my stressor survey I ended up with one thousand seventy five points which I thought was a lot. Then I was told that the average score was somewhere around twelve hundred, I was jaw dropped. Some of the stressors listed, “a class I hate” or “talking in front of a class,” aren’t major stressors that I deal with in my everyday life but others do take place daily. One major stressor in my life is the lack of sleep I have gotten since I have come to college, which I hear happens a lot. This tends to really to be a problem for me because I get really stressed about everything if I don’t have a decent amount of sleep. I have a tendency to get grumpy and do worse in my daily activities. Not only that but when I get stressed out I seem to get less sleep, so its just a big circle. Another major stressor that I constantly deal with since I have come to college is making new friends and trying to get along with others. This is extremely hard for me because I grew up in a private school so all of my friends I have known since preschool. So I find myself really stressed out because I feel like I cont have anyone I can really talk to here. When I do get stressed out I have many ways that I cope with it.
