The pump rooms played very large part of Leamington being changed into a typical spa town because a spa town could not be a spa town without pump rooms, there is a large pump rooms in bath and is one of the biggest pump rooms in the world it is full of beautiful architecture like big pillars and sash windows and beautiful flower arraignment and large balcony’s.Leamington also had two assembly rooms these were at the located near the top and the bottom of the parade but now do not stand as they were demolished, to make ways for shops. It also had many hotels, which homed the rich when they visited Leamington, the biggest and grandest of the hotels was the Regency Hotel. The Regency hotel Designed by the architect Mr. C.S.Smith, the hotel was built in 1819 , on land purchased from Mr. Greatheed, one of the three largest landowner's in the parish, it was one of the largest hotels in Europe, and is was the largest in the town. It was gutted by fire but it is now under development to repre the damage and create new facitys from it.
