According to Bass (1985), a leader may be transformational: someone who engages others to rise above their normal behavior and urges them to a new level of moral behavior. Within these numerous amounts of events, Graham motivated others to look at life in a new way. His desire to impact the lives of others reserves him the title of a transformational leader.
